Business News Highlights Luke Randazzo’s Journey and Success at Burgess Rawson WA

Burgess Rawson WA is thrilled to spotlight Luke Randazzo, whose remarkable journey from trainee to equity partner has recently been featured in Business News. At just 31 years old, Luke has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the youngest shareholder in the company.

Since joining as a trainee in 2016, Luke has demonstrated outstanding success and dedication, brokering $300 million in transactions and 230 leasing deals. His rapid rise reflects his exceptional talent and commitment to the real estate industry.

In an interview with Business News, Luke shared the pivotal moment that redirected his career path from corporate finance to real estate. “I was working at The Outdoor Fturniture Specialists in Osborne Park, part-time while I was at uni,” Luke recalled. “Rob Selid came in with his wife to buy some furniture and he said, ‘I think you’d be suitable [as a salesman].’”

Despite considering a graduate role with Wesfarmers, Luke chose to follow his passion for real estate. “I chose real estate because I had good interpersonal skills and preferred working closely with people rather than analysing spreadsheets,” Luke explained.

Burgess Rawson WA’s Managing Director, Chris Wiese, praised Luke’s alignment with the company’s values and his substantial contributions. “Luke’s enthusiasm, innovation, and attention to detail really stood out,” Mr. Wiese noted. “His background, including his leadership roles and strong communication skills, has been a significant asset to our team. Luke’s success not only highlights his personal achievements but also reflects the dynamic growth within Burgess Rawson WA.”
