Andrew Graham, Executive Chairman and Licensee of Burgess Rawson (WA), has more than 30 years of experience across the Australian property market and is a respected and trusted leader in the industry. His in-depth expertise extends across the areas of land and built form project management, marketing, property sales, market analysis, valuation, and asset management.
Andrew currently also serves as Chair of the Commercial Committee under the REIWA Network Committees for the 2025–2027 term. In this capacity, he plays a key leadership role in shaping policy and advocacy initiatives that support the commercial real estate sector. His work helps advance REIWA’s strategic goals while ensuring strong communication between the committee and its broader membership base.
Andrew has also had extensive senior management and board expertise, with roles including being an MRI Customer Advisory Board member, a member of the Property and Planning Sub-Committee and Foundation Committee to the Board of Iona College, Mosman Park and formerly a Non-Executive Director of GPT Management (Property Management).
Andrew previously held the position of REIWA – Deputy Chairman (Mandurah Branch) and served as a REIWA Public Enquiries member.
