Property Administrator / Assistant Property Manager
(Commercial Portfolio)
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Property Administrator / Assistant Property Manager to join our established Property Management team, supporting the delivery of property management services across a diverse commercial property portfolio as part of a key client appointment.
Based in our Perth CBD office, this role may be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support across Property Management and Lease Administration
- Managing lease and property administration, including tenant onboarding and lease management
- Supporting financial processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations and reporting
- Maintaining accurate property, lease and tenant records
- Assisting with Diary Date Management, Arrears Management, Tenant Insurance, Inspection Reports, Local Government Liaison and Rent Review.
- Assisting with client reporting and general portfolio administration
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with tenants, contractors and clients
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Sound financial and administrative capability
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Previous experience in property administration, commercial property management or a similar role
This role may also suit an experienced Residential Property Manager looking to transition into Commercial Property Management, or an experienced Trust Accountant seeking to broaden their exposure within the property industry.
