Certified Practising Valuer
We are currently seeking a Licensed Valuer with experience across Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential Development to join our highly respected and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to a rapidly expanding business with a strong client base and steady stream of work.
This full-time position offers a 38-hour work week, 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, based in our Perth CBD Office.
This role is ideal for individuals seeking long-term career advancement and the opportunity to expand into more specialised fields and property advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated Certified Practising Valuer to:
- Prepare Valuation Reports across Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Development sectors
- Conduct Property Inspections and Market Research
- Liaise with clients to confirm instructions and provide fee proposals
- Analyse recent property data to support valuations
- Manage valuation files and documentation in line with company processes
- Collaborate with the Director of Valuations and broader team to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- be a qualified and experienced Certified Practising Valuer with API membership and relevant tertiary qualifications
- have a minimum of 2 years proven experience in Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Development Valuations
- possess strong communication skills to maintain and build client relationships
- be open to developing expertise in specialised areas of Valuation and Property Advisory
- demonstrate a driven, collaborative mindset and uphold high professional standards
