Commercial Property Manager
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and client-focused Commercial Property Manager to join an established and supportive team on a fixed-term, full-time contract until April 2027 (maternity leave cover), with potential for extension for the right candidate.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a key portfolio for one of our major long-standing Government clients, delivering end-to-end property, administration and client management services across a diverse land and property portfolio throughout Western Australia.
Based in our Perth CBD office, this full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

About the Position:
Reporting directly to the Director, this role requires the ability to operate effectively within structured client environments and provide an exceptional client experience.
The portfolio includes assets across the Perth Metropolitan Area, as well as the Mid-West, Wheatbelt, Goldfields, South-West and Great Southern regions. The assets are diverse, with a wide range of permitted uses, making this a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced property professional.
You will be responsible for all facets of commercial property management, including:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Client and Tenants
- Managing all lease and tenancy administration
- Monitoring lease expiries and negotiating lease and licence renewals
- Proactive arrears management
- Interpreting client-specific legal documentation
- Instructing and liaising with solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with lease obligations and statutory requirements
- Coordinating maintenance, fit-out and make-good works
- Liaising with statutory authorities and local councils
- Preparing comprehensive reports and facilitating client meetings
- Managing stakeholder engagement
- Making recommendations to the Client and implementing instructions
- Undertaking property inspections, including up to four regional road trips per year
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
- Valid and current Certificate of Registration
- Solid experience in Commercial Property Management, or substantial Residential Property Management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach and ability to lead with initiative
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proven experience managing and developing stakeholder relationships
- Strong financial acumen
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- Previous experience working for or with Government agencies (highly regarded)
- Experience using Cirrus8 Property Accounting Software (highly regarded)
