Facilities Manager – Commercial Portfolio

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, motivated and client-focused Facilities Manager to join our established and high-performing team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse commercial property portfolio, working closely with the Property Manager to ensure assets are maintained, compliant and operating efficiently.

Based in our Perth CBD office, this full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with regular travel required to sites across the Perth metropolitan area.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Associate Director (FM), you will be responsible for the day-to-day facilities management of a commercial portfolio, delivering consistent, high-quality operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day building operations across a commercial portfolio
  • Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance programs
  • Managing contractors and service providers to ensure performance and compliance
  • Conducting property inspections and identifying maintenance requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and essential services requirements
  • Monitoring maintenance expenditure and assisting with budget management
  • Responding to tenant requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records, compliance documentation and reporting

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Experience in facilities management within commercial property
  • Strong understanding of building services and systems
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and maintenance programs
  • Sound knowledge of compliance, safety and statutory requirements
  • Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio
  • Current WA Driver’s Licence
