Sales & Leasing Administrator

We are seeking a motivated, professional and detail-oriented Sales & Leasing Administrator to provide high-level administrative and marketing support to one of our market-leading Commercial Sales and Leasing teams.

This opportunity is suited to someone who demonstrates initiative, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and professional environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a team of Sales and Leasing agents with a wide range of administrative tasks
  • Preparing and proofreading property documents, submissions and marketing materials
  • Managing and updating property listings on relevant platforms
  • Coordinating advertising, signage and mailouts with internal and external providers
  • Maintaining accurate records and information within internal systems
  • Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors and service providers
  • Assisting with department and company-wide functions

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within property or a professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • A team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and a client-focused approach
