Andrew Graham

Andrew Graham, Chairman of Burgess Rawson (WA), has more than 30 years of experience across the Australian property market and is a respected and trusted leader in the industry. His in-depth expertise extends across the areas of land and built form project management, marketing, property sales, market analysis, valuation, and asset management. 

Andrew has extensive senior management and board expertise, with roles including being an MRI Customer Advisory Board member, a member of the Property and Planning Sub-Committee to the Board of Iona College, Mosman Park and formerly a Non-Executive Director of GPT Management (Property Management). 

Andrew previously held the position of REIWA – Deputy Chairman (Mandurah Branch) and served as a REIWA Public Enquiries member.

One of our longest standing directors, Cameron became a Burgess Rawson equity partner in 2002 and counts Perth CBD office towers, the city’s premier CBD retail arcade and key waterside complexes such as Sorrento Quay and Dolphin Quay among his management roles. Cameron’s focus is exclusively on asset management and driving investment returns for his clients through proactive management strategies, while helping them establish their property investments as part of an overall wealth management plan.

Brodie Keay’s reputation precedes him in Perth, having worked across all major WA markets, including selling and leasing industrial workshops, warehouses, land subdivisions, office buildings, shops, retail and leased investments such as petrol stations. Brodie has been engaged by major groups including Development WA, Commonwealth Bank, Korda Mentha, Westpac, NAB, KPMG, Deloitte and Western Power, and the scope of his experience means he’s constantly sought out to provide honest, professional advice to local, national and international clients. After joining us in 2007, Brodie became a partner at Burgess Rawson in 2014 ensuring stability for the business and his clients.

Chris Wiese

Chris Wiese has more than 15 years’ experience in property development, analysis and investment, as well as a strong financial background. During his career he has overseen the financing for billions of dollars' worth of assets and has successfully raised tens of millions in individual projects.

Chris has strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a technical understanding of property development and investment. He has worked in a number of high-level property, finance, and analysis roles where he has managed multiple teams, structuring new business, and forecasting and budgeting for residential and commercial developments.

He has held senior roles in multiple property firms including the Head of Finance in the residential division of one of Australia’s largest national ASX property groups.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Corporate Finance, qualified Chartered Accountant.
