Sophie has had over 13 years of experience in the Australian, UK and UAE property industries collectively and is able to draw on her experience to provide optimal results for her clients. She has personally managed all classes of investment property including commercial, retail and industrial assets for a large number of private and institutional clients. Throughout her career to date, she has developed excellent skills and knowledge in establishing high end service charge budgets, financial reporting, strategic management and building and maintaining strong client relationships. 

Sophie holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance.

Graeme Perry’s 10 years of commercial property experience have come to the fore at Burgess Rawson, with a client list that includes portfolios for the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation, the Department of Health, Western Power and Dorado Property. Graeme has worked extensively in both commercial sales and property management, giving him a distinct ability to balance the needs of both the tenant and the landlord. He is charged with the day to day management of the senior contracted portfolios of our biggest clients, and has trained his team to approach their work with his same level of care, while building excellent rapport with tenants, owners and contractors.

What does it tell you when someone has been responsible for the same properties for some of our major clients for almost a quarter of a century? Geoff Cohn has been doing much more than that, of course, since joining Burgess Rawson in 1995, but it’s those long-term relationships that say everything about his ability to nurture relationships with clients, tenants and staff. An equity partner since 2002, Geoff is responsible for the strategic and operational management of our Commercial and Industrial Property Management department, though he also has deep experience across office, retail and strata. Among his many appointments, Geoff is the director in charge of the State Government’s Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation property portfolio, as well as managing a team of five to oversee the Water Corporation’s property portfolio.

When your client list has included Perth’s biggest large format retail centre, Joondalup Gate, as well as being appointed to manage the first Masters Centre ever outsourced by Woolworths in Australia, it’s clear that our major clients call on Cameron Hopkins for a reason. One of our longest standing directors, Cameron became a Burgess Rawson equity partner in 2002 and counts Perth CBD office towers, the city’s premier CBD retail arcade and key waterside complexes such as Sorrento Quay and Dolphin Quay among his management roles. Cameron’s focus is exclusively on asset management and driving investment returns for his clients through proactive management strategies, while helping them establish their property investments as part of an overall wealth management plan.
