Burgess Rawson, on behalf of the Burswood Park Board, invites experienced and enthusiastic operators to submit an Expression of Interest for the operation of Bilya Café.

This is a unique opportunity to manage a vibrant café offering within one of Perth’s most iconic public spaces.

Located on the Burswood Peninsula, the café enjoys sweeping views of the Swan River, Perth city skyline, Matagarup Bridge and Optus Stadium. It sits at the heart of a year-round calendar of community events and festivals, attracting strong daily visitation from families, commuters and event-goers.

The successful operator will deliver a high-quality food and beverage experience that enhances the visitor journey and complements the Board’s 20-Year Vision for Burswood Park as “a Park for everyone”.
