Burgess Rawson, on behalf of the City of Cockburn, invites submissions from experienced operators and developers to activate and transform one of Perth’s most iconic beachfront sites.

This is a rare opportunity to deliver a new coastal destination at 4 Powell Road, Coogee, directly opposite Coogee Beach and adjoining the Coogee Beach Caravan Park. The high-profile site attracts strong year-round visitation and presents a flexible redevelopment opportunity with the potential for the City to fund removal of the existing structure if required.

The successful proponent will reimagine the site as a landmark coastal offering, anchored by a kiosk component with scope to incorporate complementary uses (subject to approvals), enhancing Coogee’s reputation as a leading beachfront destination.
